Parenting can be challenging at times, and having the right support can make a real difference. Andy offers online coaching sessions designed specifically for parents who would like practical guidance, fresh perspectives, and supportive strategies to help their child thrive.

These relaxed, collaborative sessions run for approximately 45–50 minutes and focus on exploring helpful ways to respond to your child while building confidence in your parenting approach. Parents often leave sessions feeling more supported, clearer about their next steps, and equipped with strategies they can use straight away at home.

Andy’s approach is warm, respectful, and solution-focused, helping parents build on their existing strengths while developing new tools to navigate everyday parenting challenges.

Andy delivers interactive workshops for parents, students, and professionals, focused on building stronger connections and promoting positive mental health.

He also works with schools to provide professional learning and curriculum day sessions for educators, equipping staff with practical tools to support student wellbeing and create positive learning environments.

Each session is designed to be engaging, relatable, and immediately useful—so participants leave feeling inspired, empowered, and ready to apply practical strategies in their everyday work and relationships.
